Answer

If I move my store to BrandShipping, can I keep my existing Meta ads and their comments, or will changing the destination pages require rebuilding the campaigns?

Moving to BrandShipping does not automatically require rebuilding Meta campaigns. Learn what affects existing ads, comments, destination URLs and tracking.

    In short

Moving your store to BrandShipping does not automatically require rebuilding your Meta campaigns, but keeping existing comments depends on preserving the underlying Meta post, not just the campaign. If your ads can continue using their existing destination URLs, you may be able to leave them unchanged; changing an ad’s destination or creative can require a new ad or post that does not inherit the original comments.

Comments belong to the post, not the destination page

Moving your storefront does not itself delete comments on your Meta ads. Engagement is associated with the underlying post, rather than your website or campaign name. Keeping a campaign or duplicating an ad therefore does not guarantee that its comments carry over. Where Meta supports using the same existing post, its engagement can remain associated with that post, subject to format and placement limitations. Before changing anything, identify the ads whose engagement matters and record their post IDs, destination URLs and account ownership.

    Preserving URLs can reduce disruption

The least disruptive migration is usually one where the URLs already used in your ads still open the appropriate product or landing pages. Check whether your domain and existing paths can be maintained on the new storefront. If paths must change, correctly configured redirects may keep old links functional, but they must lead to relevant pages and comply with Meta’s destination requirements. Test the complete journey, including URL parameters, mobile browsing and checkout. Domain, path and redirect support should be confirmed with BrandShipping before you switch traffic.

Changing a destination does not mean rebuilding every campaign

If an existing ad needs a different website URL, the available editing options depend on its format and configuration in Meta. An edit may trigger review, and replacing the underlying creative or post can separate the new ad from the original comments. That is an ad-level issue, not an automatic requirement to rebuild the entire campaign structure. Where appropriate, keep the original ad intact while preparing and validating its replacement. Do not assume that copying an ad or reusing its text will preserve engagement.

Check Whop Ads access and measurement separately

BrandShipping supports integrated Meta advertising through Whop Ads, which you connect yourself. That connection is not a guarantee that existing campaigns, posts or their comments can be imported into the integrated interface. Confirm support for your current ad account and required assets before relying on that workflow. Separately, verify your tracking setup, purchase events, consent handling and any browser/server event deduplication in use. Preserving comments does not prove that conversion measurement still works. For platform context, see the English homepage at /en.

    • Confirm access to the original ad account, Page, Instagram account and posts.
    • Check destination URLs, redirects and tracking parameters before changing traffic.
    • Validate purchase measurement before retiring the old storefront.
    • Ask which existing campaign-management actions are supported through the Whop Ads connection.
